It has been raining here just about every day since June 1st! I'm beginning to grow gills and webbed feet. We have received almost a years worth of rain this month. Well it feels like we’ve received it has been that much rain. Where I live it is usually hot and dry in June.
Outside recess has become a hazy memory. Do you know what happens to Kindergarten children who don’t get to go outside and run some of that energy off? It’s ugly. The only thing worse is them coming in from a rainy day recess with wet feet and wet bottoms. Hopefully things will start dying out.
