After 23 years our old furnace is OUT! It has lived up to its name Payne. It has had numerous recalls, we found out about the recall AFTER it ran out and we had to eat the replacement parts cost. Towards the end of its life we had to have somebody come in every fall and lay hands the furnace and raise it from the dead. What we have now is very quiet. I LOVE IT!
We now have a new beautiful and QUIET machine. Now if it just gets cold again we'll see how good it works.
